What is KitCAT?

KitCAT (Kit for Converged Application Testing) is a JUnit based open source testing framework to facilitate functional testing of converged telecom applications. A KitCAT test case uses the KitCAT (Java) API to interact with the system under test (SUT) using SIP/RTP protocols. In conjunction with other web testing APIs like that offered by HtmlUnit , users can write functional tests for converged applications. A single KitCAT test case can create, control and coordinate multiple SIP/RTP as well as browser endpoints involved in functional testing.

This software is released under the Common Public License v1.0 . Take a look at the online KitCAT manual , screencast , the online API documents, or download KitCAT.
